• My first marketing job was a Field Marketer with Mosaic Marketing for brands including Coca Cola and Procter & Gamble. I learned the value of Brand Representation at high-impact moments and how to scale Employee Training from a Marketing Objective to the team on the ground. In my current role at lululemon, I incorporate this experience when creating Global Brand Experiences, MC-ing events or considering how we train a Brand Ambassador to best represent lululemon.

  • In my first Community Marketing role with the YMCA, I learned why localized marketing strategy and community representation matters for customers - trust. At lululemon, I’ve spent 8 years partnering with teams to localize our Global Sports Marketing Strategy in APAC, China, EMEA and North America. We use data to inform decisions and create impactful Brand moments by considering the unique needs of guests in each market. The outcome of these operational practices is a reputable Brand Ambassador Experience for 1400+ Brand Ambassadors in 600+ Store markets, globally.

  • I studied Public Relations in my undergrad in Toronto, Ontario and have 8 years of career experience in: Non-Profit Communications, Government Relations, Executive Management and the Consumer Packaged Goods via Agency roles. My PR experience taught me about fast-turn work and creative team work to tell your story. Key areas of work included: Media Relations, Executive Speech Writing, Influencer Program Design, Media Events, Social Media Strategy and Client Management.

  • In the fields of Public Relations and Marketing, I’ve spent 10+ years in roles that require a strong Talent Management skillset. I have a unique ability to build quick connections with new people and support Talent to feel at ease whether they are on set, on a media tour or working in partnership on a Brand event. My strength in relationship development has contributed to longstanding Ambassador partnerships at lululemon.

  • I have held Events as part of my career portfolio since its beginning. I thrive in creating new ideas to bring people together to experience a Brand’s ethos. My event experience includes: Brand Ambassador Experiences, Project Management, MC for large-scale experience, Co-Created Experiences with Product & Marketing, and scale of event experiences in 60+ markets, internationally.

  • The more voices that are represented and perspectives that feel valued at the table, the better the outcome. As a leader, I prioritize time in projects for the right contributions and collaboration. At lululemon, I have partnered with the DEI team to increase the diverse representation of the Brand Ambassadors we work with as well as co-created an advisory board that prioritizes marginalized voices to help evolve lululemon’s brand and business from an Inclusive & Diversity lens.
